Hello and welcome to Sunrise Speech Therapy! We are dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based and effective speech therapy services to clients of all ages.

Sunrise Speech Therapy is directed by Effie Vrastaminos, Certified Practising Speech Pathologist. Born and raised in regional South Australia, I have always had a passion for helping others. I completed my degree at Flinders University and undertook four diverse university placements. My final year placement was in Katherine, Northern Territory, where my love for rural work and working with culturally and linguistically diverse clients fostered. Since graduating, I have worked as a Speech Pathologist within the Education system in South Australia and as an NDIS Speech Pathologist in Darwin, Northern Territory, and surrounding remote Indigenous communities. I value multidisciplinary supports and a holistic and individualised approach for each and every client. I am dedicated to providing evidence-based care to individuals in regional and remote areas who encounter extra challenges in accessing quality services.
